ClarityWork provides cloud solutions, including but not limited to FinOps, Platform Engineering, IT Staff Augmentation, cloud migrations, infrastructure automation, cloud cost optimization, data and application development, and strategic planning for Data, BI, and Cloud Centers of Excellence (COEs).

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Warranties: ClarityWork provides its services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClarityWork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
